  My name is Diana, a mother of three, a self taught baker and the founder of Casita de Cake. I am a proud Latina with a registered home based business in the state of Kentucky. I was born and raised in New York with a Salvadorean background.  My life had changed as a teenager when my family and I moved to Washington, Dc. to start a new life.  Fast forward many years, I worked behind a desk or in the medical field.  I then decided it was time for a change, I moved to the Bluegrass state, Kentucky! I would love to bake as a hobby or just for fun. I then turned my passion into a business. Each ingredient that is added to each recipe is with love and passion. As a woman, struggling with pre-diabetes for nearly 15 years, I have came to find my perfect recipes that are not too sweet but yet tasty to fulfill your pallet.
